Ryan Cornelissen

Ryan participated in Catholics on Call in 2015. He is originally from southern New Hampshire, but now living just outside of Boston in Newton, MA. During a life-changing study abroad experience in Galway, Ireland he found a Catholic community that challenged his identity and inspired him to change his life to live more for God. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 and worked as a Civil Engineer for the state department of transportation for over a year before making a concrete decision to change the path he was on. He spent the 2014-2015 school year in Kansas City, MO with Precious Blood Volunteers working at the Cristo Rey High School there. He is about to start working for the Greater Boston Habitat for Humanity office as an Assistant Site Supervisor where he hope to use his technical background and construction skills to help others.
